Neringa City Library No 1 was established in 1956. Since 1990, the Library was granted the name of the Nida Library of Neringa City. Since 1 January 1996, the Library is functioning as the Public Library of Neringa Municipality with branches in Preila and Juodkrantė. The structure of the Library is as follows: lending and the reading-room. The Internet is available for use.
